Use either the slider or the + or - keys on the left of the map to change the scale of the map below (zoom in and out), and the arrows at the top of the slider to move up / down or left / right ... and click and hold mouse button down to move map (you will see the hand icon grip the page) ...simple when you know how !?
If you move in to the closest setting, you will be able to view the street names and bus stops in and around Douglas and Glespin.
The Douglas Valley straddles the A70 - Ayr to Edinburgh route, and is also on either side of the M74 (A74) - Glasgow to Gretna motorway.
Douglas is approximately two miles west of the M74 junction and Glespin five miles.
Ayr, Edinburgh, Carlisle and Glasgow are all approximately an hours journey by car.
The nearest train stations are Lanark (north westerly travel connections to Carluke, Motherwell, Glasgow etc) and Carstairs (main east line to Edinburgh and the south)
The nearest bus station is in Lanark. There are limited connections for travelling to and from Douglas and Glespin.
